Summary of Purpose:
As Practice Enhancement Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the company’s customers in the areas of Internal and External Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention and Training. You will work closely with the company’s Sales and Marketing teams to scope, schedule and resource customer engagements from Vancouver to Whistler, Richmond and Vancouver Island.
The main objectives of this role are to increase customer satisfaction and retention, customer loyalty, future adoption of the company’s technology, services and products. Through the success of our customers this company will also achieve success.
* Please note that this is a field based position with a home office. The PEM's will be on the road visiting clients and providing training on the equipment.
