Summary of Purpose:

As Practice Enhancement Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the company’s customers in the areas of Internal and External Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention and Training. You will work closely with the company’s Sales and Marketing teams to scope, schedule and resource customer engagements from Burnaby to Kelowna and Vernon. 

The main objectives of this role are to increase customer satisfaction and retention, customer loyalty, future adoption of the company’s technology, services and products. Through the success of our customers this company will also achieve success.


Regular visits to all accounts within designated territory
Perform account assessments for business development opportunities
Execute Practice Enhancement programs at target accounts
Work closely with Territory Managers to ensure optimal service of new accounts and new business opportunities in existing accounts
Work closely with Clinical consultants to ensure each account is achieving the best treatment outcomes
Work closely with Marketing to utilize current tools and materials and to provide feedback on effectiveness and any unmet clinic needs
Plan and execute Venus Beauty events to generate revenue for customers
Uncover new business development opportunities
Practice Enhancement Manager will be required to visit and support existing Accounts within designated territory boundaries which may require some evenings and overnight travel.


Must have bachelor’s degree in a related field.
The ideal candidate has sales experience in the Medical Aesthetic field as well as managing Medical Aesthetic practices or Medical Spas.
Experience in managing a retail or service business is desired. A business or marketing degree is an asset.
Must have current Driver’s License (G class), proof of insurance, and personal vehicle
Strong communication skills required


* Please note that this is a field based position with a home office. The PEM's will be on the road visiting clients and providing training on the equipment.
